Returns & Refund Policy

 

We happily accept returns for a different colour or item only, but only where the goods have not been used, are in original condition, and sent with their packaging. Your receipt must be included with the return.

Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods and we require email notification of your intention to exchange within 7 days of dispatch.

All exchanges are to be sent at the cost of the customer and the shipping and handling charge is not refundable.

Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you of it's receipt, as well as advising of the approval/or rejection of your refund request.  

 

The shipping fee will still be charged to the client. If you change to another colour or size, the new freight charges will be incurred.

Return costs regarding exchange of goods or return of goods, you as a customer will pay for. The customer is also responsible for making sure that the returns will arrive in original condition to us, therefore it is important that you package the product so that it is protected well.

To exchange goods

You have the right to exchange goods in 14 days after you have received the goods. That means that you can switch to a different colour or product. The only condition is that the product has not been used and that the original labels are attached to the products.
